Walk out of the main gate at Old Post Office. Turn right. When you get to The War Memorial (about 300 yards), turn right. Cross the railway track when the green light is showing. Cross the river via the bridge. Once over the bridge, turn left and when the road veers to the right, keep going and you’re in a lovely woodland riverside walk.
