So this is the ‘Breakfast Brief’ we set ourselves, here at Old Post Office:

“How can we provide the most Magical, Memorable Old Post Office Breakfast possible, raising the expectations of every single guest that visits us?”

Hmm.

Tall order.

So here’s what we came up with:

“The Old Post Office Cooked & Continental Breakfast”

All ‘cooked’ ingredients are from a fabulous local butcher.

• 2 pork sausages person per day
• 2 rashers of back bacon person per day
• 2 free range eggs per person per day

Everything on the following list is unlimited. If you run out… ask for more!

• Cereal
• Porridge
• Yoghurt
• Fresh fruit from our garden (when available)
• Bread
• Butter
• Semi-Skimmed Milk
• Orange Juice
• Tea Bags
• Instant Coffee
• Nespresso Coffee
• 100% Arabica Coffee Beans

We’re learning all the time though.
